Well I know she ain't the girl next door
She ain't the girl she was before
She's a good girl gone bad, one kiss can drive me mad.
I can't even deal with the weather in Toronto. One day, it'll be hot as hell and the next it's raining and windier than ever. Luckily, I caught a really nice warm day to rock this super soft grunge look at work.
Funny story: I originally saw this off the shoulder top hanging on a rack at Zara in Berlin. It was priced at 5 Euros and with my horrible math, I estimated it to be like $10 CAD. So I passed and opted to pick it up when I got back home. Little did I know that (at that time) the $5 Euro was actually only $7 CAD. I screwed myself over by paying more in Canada. Anyways, yeah.
I finally cut the tags off this top, and wore it for the first time. I normally wear a size small. But since it was off the shoulder, I bought it in a medium assuming it would sit more comfortably. Wrong. It was way too loose and when I bent forwards, the front of the top would bend forwards as well and reveal my goodies. So, I suggest that you get your true size with these tops. I also got it in a red stripe version.
This skirt is from Wilfred but I actually bought it thrift. The Value Village where I find the most luck had this little number on a rack for $9 — can't go wrong. It's very structured and what I love about it most is that the waist hem is tight, secure, and really holds me in. Plus, it has pockets. Who doesn't love a skirt with pockets?
The belt is a new purchase! I bought a bunch of things off Zaful recently — I was going to do a video of what I purchased, but I'm not sure if that's going to happen since I'm so disappointed with them and I don't think I'll even buy anything from then again.
Lastly, my favourite little booties are from Steve Madden but also thrifted for a pretty price tag of $10.
